What I Offer

• An introductory meeting to create a wedding planning timeline, vision, and budget. 
• Available for check-in calls or texts for any questions in regard to their planning timeline, vision and budget.
• Wedding Manger is included in all emails with other vendors to be up to date on vision and if there are changes along the way. 
• A meeting 3 weeks from the wedding date for rehearsal, ceremony and reception details. As well as information to create the timeline for the wedding day, and collect all vendors’ contact information.
• Contact vendors for the event to confirm arrival times and address of the event. 
• Run the rehearsal with the family and wedding party involved in the ceremony.
• A Wedding Manger and a team for decoration set up.
• Ensure the ceremony and reception décor is set up and fits the client's description of details from our meeting and what was communicated with vendors. 
• Keep everything and everyone on the timeline for the day, ceremony and reception. 
• Run ceremony. 
• Have an organized clean-up list for the wedding party and families after send-off. 

This package is $1,200.
